It is located in Venezuela, in the low plains of Apure State, close to the Mantecal town. You can arrive through the national roads, coming from San Fernando de Apure (the capital of the state) or coming from the city of Barinas.
From San Fernando de Apure: Take the national road to Mantecal/Elorza towns. After crossing the Mantecal town, you must turn to the left for taking the Elorza road, then past fifteen minutos you will find the entrance of the ranch. The journey approximately will take four hours.
From Barinas:Take the national road to Bruzual town. Crossing to the Apure`s river, then you will being at the Apure`s State. Once in Bruzual town turn to the left to take the Elorza road, then you will find the road to go El Mantecal, don´t take it. You must go straigth to Elorza town. Fifteen minutes later, you will find the entrance of the ranch. The journey approximately will take four hours and a half.
