Cities

Puerto La Cruz

Eastern cities have a special touch. Puerto La Cruz is very modern, but its expansion has joined it with Lecherias and Barcelona. It is a great tourist destination with its hotels and restaurants. Cumana, the first Spanish city in the American continent, has kept its charm. Carupano is known for its carnivals and is close to Araya and Paria, two very interesting peninsulas.
