You will see many "corocoras" birds (Ibis Escarlata). You will appreciate how the river opens towards the sea, the oil production platforms and the villages of Capure and Pedernales.

You will walk across an ancient volcano and observe the mud that came from underground due to high pressures. Nowadays, you will only see small gas bubbles. You can also take some of this mud. Many people say they have good cosmetic properties.
